The Port Authority Board exists to oversee the operation of the Madison Railroad, a twenty-five-mile line which operates from Madison to North Vernon, Indiana, in order to foster new growth as well as retain existing industry.

The Port Authority Board meets at 8:00 a.m. on the third Monday of the month at the Madison Railroad Office. Meeting dates are subject to change.
